The purpose is to leave a legacy on the UBC Sauder Business School by raising funds to support a fellow MBA student in the class of ’25.
Project Description
This merit-based scholarship is aimed to encourage and reward the values of excellence, courage, and integrity that the class of ‘23 believes essential to success both within the program and beyond. It also aims to inspire a cycle of gratitude where future classes are keen to give back and support the next generation of students.
Challenges and Impact of Your Support
The purpose of this project is to leave a legacy on the UBC Sauder Business School by raising funds to support a fellow MBA student in the class of ‘25.
This scholarship is aimed to encourage and reward the traits/values the class of ‘23 believes are important to success both within the program and beyond. It also aims to inspire a cycle of gratitude where future classes are keen to give back and support the next generation of students. Donation is voluntary by the students and is not mandatory.
Your support will be matched by Dean Darren Dahl up to CAD $2,500 — thus, for every $25 you give, the Dean will donate another $25.
About the MBA Class of 2023
The MBA class of 2023 is made up of 101 bright and talented domestic and international students, friends, parents, professionals, and much more. The cohort is passionate about looking beyond the status quo to improve the world we live in. This student-led initiative is supported by the cohort and Dean Darren Dahl in order to leave a lasting legacy that, hopefully, will lead many others to give back to the Sauder community.
