Ride for Justice 2019

About RIDE FOR JUSTICE

The UBC Innocence Project is excited to invite members of the legal community, family and friends to RIDE FOR JUSTICE 2019. Please join us at Eastwood Cycle in Gastown on Saturday 5 October at 12.30pm.

RIDE FOR JUSTICE is an indoor cycling event that will take place in solidarity with Wrongful Conviction Day to raise funds and awareness for those seeking to prove their innocence. Together, we hope to raise $10,000 to support the work of the UBC Innocence Project – while having a great time and sweating it out with colleagues!

To support RIDE FOR JUSTICE and help us reach our goal, please donate now.

Impact of Your Support

The UBC Innocence Project at the Allard School of Law engages a select group of students to provide post-conviction review in response to claims of wrongful conviction. The Project aims to investigate claims of wrongful conviction, identify miscarriages of justice and assist in securing release of wrongly convicted individuals. The program also provides vital education to law students about wrongful conviction, and skills training in post-conviction review work.
