Project Description
Today’s UBC medical students are tomorrow’s top clinicians, researchers and caregivers. For just $50, you can provide a graduate with a beautiful, personalized western maple shingle that symbolizes the significance of their achievement and funds vital alumni programs and services for the next generation of doctors.
Your support will be recognized at the May 21 Hooding Ceremony. Share this campaign with your peers and challenge them to help us surpass our goal of sponsoring shingles for all 294 grads!
Challenges and Impact of Your Support
As they make their way through years of medical school and then finally cross the threshold of their new lives as doctors, UBC medical students need help from a broad group of supporters. This includes UBC Medicine alumni, other medical professionals and a community of like-minded people who understand the importance of providing resources along the entire student journey and forging lasting connections between students and alumni.
